Fail-Blazers

A conversation between my friend D.Skrilla Jones and I, goes a little something like this:

Skrilla: Sir, have you ever been to Portland?
Me: Nope.

Skrilla: You would love it homie, I could picture you up there. All granola and shit just chillen and shit.
Me: Sounds great.

I hear the greatest things about the city of Portland. Its green, easy to get around, great nightlife, unmatched beauty, cripples players.

Excitement or Pain?

Poor Greg Oden. So much potential. So little time to show it. The worst part? ESPN and other media rubbing it in Portlands face. Let me explain.

NBA Commentator (A): KEVIN DURANT, he really is something else. Just a few years in the league and hes one of the top scorers, a class act, and he's leading the Thunder into the playoffs. The NBA, where amazing happens.

NBA Commentator (B): Did you know Durant was drafted second?

NBA Commentator (A): What?!!?1 That's impossible, who was drafted before him?

NBA Commentator (B): Greg Oden

NBA Commentator (A): ..... who?

ASSHOLES.

Alas, the Blazers have Brandon Roy. A true all-star, super star, ability to hit game winners.
In fact, RON ARTEST was quoted as saying Brandon Roy was the best player he ever played against!!



Now I know that mat not be much coming from Ron the Bomb but theres no denying how great Roy is...

or was.

The poor guy just had double knee surgery. Again. This poor guys is always injured.

And just to make matters worse. God adds insult to injury and slaps down Marcus Camby with knee Surgery.

There must be something in the water of Portland.

But that's okay cause the regular season is long and the west isn't as deep as it once was. Maybe they can make a comeback in the second part of the season.

But for now, I'm HATING on your city of PORTLAND.
You must be doing something to injure your players. STOP.

The BLAZERS are a fun exciting team when they're healthy. Plus, I'm sick and tired of seeing Fernandez get a ton of PT.

How is it the player that demands to be traded stays healthy. I say, give Oden's, Camby's, and Roys injuries to Rudy.

One more thing. I'm calling it right now.

Brandon Roy = Grant Hill

You think he's done? Naw. Ten years from now, Roy will be on the Suns drinking that fountain of youth balling it up.
