Why do I like Kevin Garnett?
Because Laker fans hate him.
Not only do Laker fans hate him but a lot of the players around the league hate him. He's a classic, top-notch trash talker. Everyone will agree that he talks a ton of shit on the court, including telling Charlie Villanueva he looks like a cancer patient. Its safe to say KG one of the top three trash talkers of all time. (Gary Payton, KG, Michael Jordan)
How can KG take his trash talking to the next level? How about having his shoes talk shit. Yep. 152-120
The all-time Celtic - Laker record. The Celtics up 32 games. Kind of ridiculous since the record will change this Sunday. But I appreciate the hate.
Kevin Garnett and Kobe Bryant do not get along. I can remember back when Shaq and Kobe knocked out KG, Latrell, and the Timberwolves. KG would tell Kobe if it weren't for Shaq, it would be a much different game.
Now KG gets his wish as he takes on the Lakers again.
I am commending Kevin Garnett for going out of his way to share an unprecedented hate for the Lakers (and love for the Boston fans at the same time).
PS. I'm watching the Celtic Fail-Blazer game. 4th quarter, 6 minutes left, score is 74 - 63 Celtics.

PSS. Is KG the only player in the history of sports to have his FACE put on his shoe?

ReplyDeleteThis is why people hate KG. He didn't even make it out of the 1st round of the playoffs (0-7) until he got Sprewell and Cassell but he is telling Kobe it would be different if he didn't have Shaq?
I hate KG and I hate the Lakers. I think I hate Rondo the most on the Celtics though since he got in a fight with my boy Kirk Hinrich. Hate Hate Hate...
