NBA on Drugs

I had to write this story.

Apparently OJ Mayo violated the leagues drug policy.

And he blames an energy drink he bought from the local gas station.
"It's not like I went to a GNC and got some Muscle Armor or ordered some supplement off the Internet or anything. It was just a local gas station that kind of got me hemmed up."

All of this got me thinking about the best of drug users in the NBA

Birdman Chris Anderson 

A one time Dunk Contest participant, and leading rebounder and shot blocker in the NBA turned meth-head. 
What was so special about this guy doing drugs was the league kept it real hush hush.
They were willing to tell the media that Anderson would be suspended for an entire year without pay, but wouldn't say why. Then we found out it was because of the drug policy, but that's when things got even more interesting because we're used to seeing players get suspended for a few weeks for weed or cocaine.. so we knew this was big.

Pre Drugs

Rash"weed" Wallace

A nickname due to the drug policy. This guy and Damon Stoudamire basically turned the Portland Trailblazers into the JailBlazers.

"He has drugs"

Shawn Kemp

A fall from grace. I was the biggest Kemp fan. He would smash on the top of anyone then get dap. An All-Star, Slam Dunk participant, went to the NBA Finals.

Then cocaine.

7 children, 6 different women. Fat. But he has a restaurant in Seattle?

I didn't make this...that makes me sad
